Pete Retondo is a pro---ingenious and thorough. He brilliantly designed and managed the construction for the Petaluma Guest House you see here, and he helped with follow-up improvements. The place is a pure joy as a result. (Pete also managed the remodeling of our 100-year-old tugboat into a beautiful home that continues to cruise around as a working tug.)

We hired Pete for a complete remodel of our existing house, including finishing out our basement and adding a new office, new garage. Every room in the house was redone. We greatly appreciated Pete's detail and thoroughness in the plans and specifications which made it easier for contractors to bid and very difficult for contractors to ask for additional change orders during the project. Our house is complete and we absolutely love it.
