Although this house was built in 1907, practically everything you see in these photos is brand new, built over the original studs. An added bedroom on the 2nd floor and larger garage were the only added space, but through careful design all the interior spaces were modified and transformed. Featured in Sunset Magazine's Before and After Bathroom Makeovers and a chapter in New Rooms for Old Houses.
