Taking a derelict 100 year old former lumber schooner, then river tug, then fishing boat, in the condition shown below, and giving it a fourth incarnation as a floating home is a labor of love. This design / build project was a cooperative endeavor that engaged all involved in design and detailing. The forecabin became the galley, the pilot house the bedroom, and the engine room, with a taller ceiling, the salon.
